Getting over single-mom´s syndrome

by Marilia Di Cesare on November 16, 2010

Today I have my second post up at The Mom Renewal Project.

I´m really proud to be part of the writers that contribute to The Mom Renewal Project. Stacey (the creator of this blog) aims to recharge mothers in “body, mind and spirit”. I´m sure if you haven´t been to that blog yet, you´ll love it. There are a bunch of contributors that have special stories to tell.

Today, my post up there is Getting Over Single-Mom´s Syndrome. I wrote it to remind single mom´s that might feel that just because they have kids they are somewhat “undateable”. Well, I guess all single mom´s will feel like that for a while, but the truth will hit sooner or later: we rock!

Yes we have children and getting ready to date is a bit complex, but we can do it and have a wonderful time once we overcome that fear of not being as desirable as we were before (the truth is that we are much hotter as moms).

Well, I´d love you to come and read the full article and comment at The Mom Renewal Project.

I started to write as a contributor to Stacey´s blog last month with How Often Do You Challenge Yourself? Go and check it out too if you can.
